Thank you for choosing our rental services! A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you need to cancel for any reason, including weather, your payment will not be refunded but will be issued as a raincheck for a future rental. If your balance has been paid in full, the entire amount will be applied to your raincheck. Rainchecks are valid for up to one year from your original booking date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
Please note that we do require electricity per unit within 100' of the setup area. We will only supply up to 100' of electrical cord and 100' of water hose. Anything further, will be the customers responsibility.
When using our inflatable rental units, please be mindful of our cleanliness policy to avoid additional charges. A cleaning fee of $100 may apply if the units are excessively dirty. While sand and grass are considered normal, the presence of mud, food, or food wrappers inside the units will incur a charge. Remember, no food or drinks are allowed on our inflatable units to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
For indoor or concrete setups, we use sandbags to safely secure the units since we can’t stake them into the ground. These sandbags are heavy and add extra strain on our equipment and crew during setup and transport. Because of the additional labor and wear involved, there is a $40 fee for indoor or concrete setups.
